I am thinking about starting a new project for the spring. This may be the first installment.

We went up to Portland for an overnight adventure on Sunday. It was lovely to see everyone. If I had been thinking I would have gotten out my camera for the baby shower that was our reason for trekking north and taken some sweet friend shots. I was not thinking. I did get out the camera for the small walk that Sam and I took around the St John's neighborhood. There was a mostly derelict fork lift/loader/giant machine that we just HAD to check out. Sam did some "work" on it and got thick grease all over his jacket. I, of course, found some details to take out of context. All in all, a grand adventure.
