Today is beautiful. We went for our walk and saw the chickens, the ducks (who have now become staple friends to visit, as the chickens are), and some crows. It was a challenge for Sam to wrap his head around the fact that chickens, ducks, and crows are all birds. I could see the wheels spinning as we talked about it. Most of today's pictures are returns of previous themes. I have been having a lot of fun with the dandelions. We've been making lots of wishes. The tulip innards are out of focus, yes, but the colors! I love red tulips, especially that deep red. I like the sidewalk reflecting the trees and sky. That sidewalk is next to the spot where folks who live in their vehicles park. I think that, if I devoted some time to it, I could articulate why that muddy sidewalk reflecting the sky next to a place where people live nearly on the street is so poignant for me. Maybe I just did.
